This policy is issued by ARKE Management LLC, which operates the ARKE Management and PREM Group brands (“we”, “us”). It explains what personal information we collect from tenants, property owners and vendors of the properties we manage, how we use it, and who we do and do not share it with. It applies in the same way to ARKE Management and PREM Group.
What we collect
- Contact and account details — your name, email address, mobile number, and whether you are a tenant, property owner or vendor, including details you give us when you set up or update your account in the Arke/PREM tenant, owner or vendor portal.
- Property information — the properties and units your account relates to.
- Requests and messages — maintenance requests, work orders, messages you send us, and our replies.
- Text messaging consent — a record of your agreement to receive text messages, or your opt-out, and when it was given.
How we use it
- To manage the properties we look after and respond to your requests.
- To send the service and account text messages described in our SMS Terms: maintenance and work-order updates, building notices, appointment and access coordination, replies to your messages, and account notices such as sign-in links. We do not send marketing texts.
- To operate and secure your portal account.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to provide our services:
- Service providers acting on our instructions, such as the provider that delivers our text messages and our hosting provider, limited to what each needs to perform its function.
- Property owners, tenants and vendors connected to the same property, where a work order or request requires it (for example, to arrange access for a repair).
- Authorities or legal advisers, where the law requires it or to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information.
Mobile information and SMS consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to cancel/opt out.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and maintain your account, and afterwards for as long as the law or our record-keeping obligations require. We keep records of text messaging consent and opt-outs for as long as we need them to show that we had your permission or honored your opt-out.
Your choices
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message to opt out. See the SMS Terms.
- Access, correction and deletion — ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will, except where we must keep a record by law.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
