These terms cover text messages sent by ARKE Management LLC, which operates the ARKE Management and PREM Group brands (“we”, “us”). They apply in the same way whether you know us as ARKE Management or as PREM Group.
Program name and description
Program name: Arke/PREM Notifications. Arke/PREM Notifications sends service and account text messages to tenants, property owners and vendors about the properties ARKE Management LLC manages. Messages include:
- maintenance and work-order updates;
- building notices, such as scheduled shutdowns;
- appointment and access coordination;
- replies to messages you sent us;
- account notices, such as sign-in links.
We do not send marketing texts.
How you opt in
You receive these texts only after you opt in, in one of three ways:
- On our text message sign-up page: by giving your mobile number and checking the consent box, which reads exactly:
I agree to receive text messages from ARKE Management / PREM Group (ARKE Management LLC) about the property I lease, own or service — maintenance and work-order updates, building notices, appointment and access coordination, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
- In the portal: by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages when you set up or update your account in the Arke/PREM tenant, owner or vendor portal.
- By text: by texting START to the ARKE/PREM number.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Help and opting out
- Reply HELP for help.
- Reply STOP to cancel/opt out. You may receive one final message confirming that you have opted out, and then no further texts.
- Text START to opt back in.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
How we handle your information, including your mobile number, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
